FAQ
Frequently asked questions about The Queen Training Jamsil.
What is a WOD?
WOD stands for 'Workout of the Day', a new workout designed by our coaches every day. It mixes strength, conditioning and gymnastics movements so no two days are the same, and every movement is scaled to your level.
I have never worked out. Can I join?
Yes. Classes are beginner-friendly, and coaches scale each movement and intensity for you, so first-timers can settle in easily.
How do I book a trial class?
You can book a trial class through Naver Booking or by giving us a call. You're also welcome to drop by and sign up in person!
Do you accept drop-ins?
Yes, drop-in classes are available for ₩20,000.
Are there showers and changing rooms?
Yes, we do. Towels are provided, but please bring your own toiletries, such as shampoo and body wash.
Is parking available?
Paid parking is available in the building, and there's also a public parking lot right across the street. Parking rates are set by the parking operator and may change, so feel free to ask us before you visit.
What should I bring?
Please bring athletic shoes and workout clothes. Towels are provided, so just bring your own toiletries if you plan to shower.
Are classes available in English?
Classes are taught in Korean, but the WOD is written in English, so you can always follow along. Sometimes a member in the same class who speaks English will help translate, but we've had plenty of international members train with us happily without any interpreter. No worries — plenty of pointing, demonstrating, and high-fives always get the job done!
